insurance & billing
Medicare part B
We submit billing directly to Medicare for the services provided, Medicare covers physical therapy at no cost to the patient. Medicare Part B requires a doctors referral or prescription to begin physical therapy.

If you have insurance that is not Medicare, it is considered out-of-network. You pay for services rendered and MMPT can provide a 'superbill' for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Call us with any questions you have & we would be happy to help!
